For shampoo and conditioner I use Avalon Organics. never curled, straightened, blow dried, dyed, or bleached. I wash it twice a week to keep it from drying out. I prefer to brush it dry to keep it soft, fluffy, and evenly textured. Outside of that, I maintain a healthy lifestyle to keep my hair growing just as healthy.
