I do not smoke or drink alcohol and my hair has always been very well cared for. It has never been chemically treated and I avoid using heat on it. I’m a healthy-eater and wash my hair 2-3 times per week using coconut shampoo and conditioner. Also, I use bi-weekly treatments of coconut oil.
